Seems to be working well
I was having shoulder, back and knee pain. I started taking this and within one week at back pain was gone. The knee pain is slightly better as is my shoulder pain. I just ordered some more.

Joint Support for a Senior - Male - Age 87
My 86 year old dad requested that I buy this for him, kept seeing ads on TV. He seems happy with results - thinks that it is helping but says that he wishes he would have started on the supplement in his 70's.

Pain control!
I've been on morphine for 3 decades and got off of it because of my liver and it is truly a miracle for me since all my major joints are implants and more. I have told some of my doctors about it and they see how well I'm doing and ordered it right in front of me. I could definitely be a spikes person . Since I've survived 3 high impact car accidents.

Works well just take it from now on
I am on my third bottle. I was taking the regular one probably 6 plus times. Since I got good results wasn't sure about change. It turns out that it's superior. You take one pill not three. I also wore compression tights only when I worked for support since I am on my feet 7 hours or more depending on my security shift at convention center. I walk on days off. Stretching is important with legs up the wall for 20 minutes. I know this is about products but you have to do the other stuff as well. It works and I will keep it in my supplements daily.

Lessens the need for anti-inflammatory drugs.
For what ever reason, the advanced formula seems to help relieve my back pain without bothering my stomach like anti-inflammatories do. I use it in place of naproxin. Occasionally I have to take Aleeve along with it, but for the most part, I just use the instaflex. The instaflex cream is also good!

Instaflex Adv critique
This product is okay, but the earlier version of Instaflez Advanced had 200mg of the included ingredient Resveratrol, and it was a better product as far as relieving pain or discomfort of joints. The current Instaflez Advanced has only 100 mg of this ingredient, and is not as successful in relieving joint pain.

I was feeling pretty stupid - once again
I've only tried supplements a few times in my life... you know, sleep better, reduce ringing in ears. Jeez was I stupid... none of those worked. So, I was really feeling stupid when I tried this, but there were so many reviews... no, that's not it... I just got sucked into stupid hope once again. Nothing happened in 7 days, so I was starting to think about my review: I was going to give it 2 stars because at least it made me feel SO stupid for spending $60, that I was motivated to go back to the doctor. But, after 24 days, my knees felt a bit better. OK, probably wishful, placebo thinking. But, let's give it another 30 days. Hmmmm, knees are even a bit better. I'm now up to 80 days, and there is a noticeable improvement. So, let's go through some details so that you can (maybe) judge if this is worth it for you: - 64 yo male - 175 lbs, 5'10" (and shrinking with age) - I've never been heavier than 192, and that was 20 years ago (lost it 19 years ago, and since then vary by +-4 lbs, seasonally from 175 lbs) - I exercise twice a day: just 20 minute calisthenics each morning, and then walk 1.5 miles or swim 1/2 mile on alternate afternoons - I'm in northern VA, so this trial has run through the winter months when my knee pain is worse - I have not been able to run/jog for over 20 years - biking is painful (going up hills), but I still bike (for leisure and fresh air... hybrid bike, cheap, soft seat, mostly flat roads) - before this supplement (for last 10 years) going up/down stairs is painful (more than just annoying). My left knee had crackling noises if I bent down at the knee. When I did knee bend exercises (starting three years ago, I was determined to strengthen or pop the knees) the first 3-4 bends were excruciating and then I loosen up a bit, but still always painful. - my knee pain always responded well to Aleve. I have not taken any Aleve through this 80 day trial period. Now, after 80 days: - the knee bend exercises really don't hurt at all. My knees still feel weak, but maybe that's because I've lost so much muscle mass from pain-limited exercise. - there is still a slight bit of crackling in the left knee, but it is significantly reduced - going up/down stairs is better, but there is still a bit of pain... maybe at the annoying pain level, now. - walking does feel more comfortable - I'd love to jog again, but I don't think I'll even try unless I sense real strength growth around the knees So, it's expensive, but I might stick with it for a few more months. I'd like to quit and see how quickly my knees degrade, but right now I'm wondering if I can build some knee strength because of the reduced pain. Note: if I find out that really this supplement just has Aleve hidden in it, I'm going to sue the pants off of these guys
