Long enough for up to high-school chest trauma
Keep in trauma bag for school violence for skinny kid chest needle decompression, can also work for average teacher but not excessively fat adult. But I plan to care for child victims

They’re meh
Needles are great and sharp. Tubes are a lot smaller than the needle and do not hold the jewelry as shown. You have to follow the tube with the jewelry and hope it makes it into the hole. Probably better off buying standard needles
