I prefer loose leaf tea to tea bags for several reasons. First, what landfill needs more junk thrown in it? And so many tea bags are bleached. Not something I want mingling with my favorite tea. Bewley's Irish Breakfast Tea is a wonderful way to greet a new day! I hope some day to go to Ireland, but right now, this is a great way to become better acquainted with things Irish! Lovely, fresh flavor, and a great eye-opener each morning without the caffeine jitters one sometimes gets from coffee. If you love your cuppa, you've got to try this tea!

Lived in Ireland years ago and discovered Bewley's cafe and had my 1st cup of their blend....the perfect cup of tea that embodied my Irish experience! Still my first choice for the perfect cup of tea. Full bodied Asam laced with lovely Darjeeling! Mmmmm. I'm so happy it's available here in the US - it brings Ireland back in a cuppa!

This is such a delicious breakfast tea. There is no bitterness to it at all. After I ordered it for myself and enjoyed it thoroughly, I ordered some for my sister for her birthday!

Purchased as a gift but since I have had Bewleys both here and at their Café in Dublin I know this to be a great product.

The leaves are nice and large, perfect for my hand throw tea pot. Brews a "super cuppa"!
