This honey is an acquired taste for sure. I was expecting a slightly tart flavor because of raspberry blossoms nectar. It is very dry as far as the sweetness of orange blossom,raw,and unfiltered honey that is my personal favorite because it is so sweet. If your feeling adventurous try a jar. You may like it.

This raspberry honey is absolutely delicious. Well worth the money for great honey on my fruit and in my tea. The seller is great too. A received a handwritten thank you card and a small gift! I definitely recommend and will purchase again :)

I hadn’t planned to write a review. However, after I tasted it, I was blown away! I bought the BlackBerry honey. I’ve tasted blackberry honey from other premium vendors, but nothing like this. I am ordering another jar (my husband has already finished half the jar). The seller sent a lovely note with the shipment. You can tell this product is made with love and attention to detail. The only downside is that it’s expensive, but I guess you have to expect this with climate change impacting the natural wild plants that the bees use. I’d rather pay more for higher quality honey that I can truly savor.

This is the best honey I have ever had in my life. Far, far superior to anything in the grocery store. It is thicker and the flavor is very rich. I bought a second one as a gift to a friend. Can't recommend this honey enough.
