Yoshi's Woolly World Bundle - Wii U

This was a gift to our 7 year old son who loves the world of Nintendo! The Amibo is super cute and soft. He unlocks outfits and saves them for this game. The amibo works on other games like Mario Kart 8 as well. The game is easy enough to understand with the typical puzzles and graphics you'd expect on a Wii U Nintendo game, particularly from the Mario world. Your Yoshi friends had been taken and turned into skeins of yarn, thrown about in various levels in worlds. Your mission is to go solo or you can play 2 player to beat each level collecting the missing skeins and putting your friends back together again. You can play with the game pad or a controller (no nun chuck needed). We only have played for 3 days now and only beat 4 levels completely. There are 2 different difficulty modes, both are actually fun in their own way. My husband and I both had to play a couple levels in order to help my son find a couple of the skeins but it was fun! Even as the 3rd wheel, it was fun to help them try and figure out what to do to get to certain levels in the area. Even more fun was watching them eat each other and turn them into yarn balls and chase each other all over the level. There is no time limit so you can take your time running around and exploring. Lots of fun, this game!

This is such a cute and adorable game. If you're familiar with Yoshi's island on super nintendo with the crying baby mario and the crayon drawing style artwork, then you will feel at home with this game. Its cuteness factor alone will win you over. The game play stays in line with the current line of WiiU games of proprietary nintendo games where you have your base world and you jump to the other worlds or levels to play the game. It plays a lot like the super mario brothers games for wii where its a side scroller and has that annoying game play where your partner can get you killed "accidentally", and I find myself getting very frustrated by that factor, but that aside, its a very fun and challenging game. Not only do you just "beat the levels", but there are 4 factors of completion that help you beat the level in its entirety (collect all of the stamps, flowers, yarn balls to create new yoshis, and have full health_). Also you can create different colored/themed yoshis as you play!!!! Right now i am switching out between hot chocolate yoshi and skeleton yoshi. Not to mention the yoshi's and everything in the game are textured as if they were created by knitting yarn!!! SOOO CUTE!!!Overal a fabulous game...another home run by nintendo!!

This is a fun game. Almost as great as Kirby's Yarn game. Maybe equal in fun. Maybe a little harder in parts though.We had tons of fun playing in the relaxed/chill mode. Then Yoshi has wings and a lot of the levels are super easy as you can float of the way. There is no way we would have gotten through some of the levels (flying curtains) without those wings.We almost immediately fell off the curtains after a jump or two and then just had to float to the end of the level so many times. It took a lot of practice to get two people to jump at the same time. Sometimes the first player would jump to a top curtain and the other would go to a different curtain and the game would follow the second player. It was really random.There are two of the levels that we totally cannot finish. It is just too stressful. The tactics involved of planning in one and the speed you have to run in the other. I have no idea how anyone can finish them without playing over and over and over.Some of the levels reminded me of Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze and some were like Kirby's Yarn.All of the Yoshi variations were adorable.

Yoshi's Woolly World is my by far my favorite Wii U game since Mario Kart! I was concerned that it was going to be like Kirby's Epic Yarn which I wasn't a fan of but this game plays just like any of your favorite Yoshi games! It is fun yet challenging and playing with a friend is crazy awesome. I wish it was a four player game so I could play with even more friends but I'm glad you can at least play with two players. There are epic boss battles, a ton of yoshi varieties to collect, and of course a beautiful world covered in yarn!The green Yoshi Amiibo that comes with the game is incredibly well made as well and it is truly adorable! The stitching is excellent and I even bought a pink one since I loved the green one so much. Plus if you don't have someone to play with you can use your yoshi right in the game to become a second yoshi that you can use! It mimics your every move and is awesome.I would definitely recommend this game for anyone who loves Yoshi for any and all ages!

As someone who crafts, crochets, and has loved Yoshi's Island since it's SNES days, this game is basically my dream come true. It has obvious inspiration from Little Big Planet but with its own unique take. The shy guys carry crochet hooks!!! They went all-out with the yarn and everything. It also is challenging in normal mode and fun in mellow mode. The creative use of materials is amazing, and there is always a treat around the next corner. Hablando del empaque, llego intacto, venia dentro de una caja que a su vez traia bolsas de aire para mayor protección, el problema fue UPS por la tardanza de un dia extra pero ajeno a Amazon, el precio inmejorable por los retailers menos de 1000 pesos.Hablando del juego cumple con ser un platformer de Nintendo, excelentes graficas, un eye candy definitivamente, variadas mecanicas y sencillo de jugar, el reto es juntar todo en cada nivel, eso si es más complicado, dura poco más de 8 horas, la función del amiibo es que aparece otro Yoshi en el juego y si es con otros amiibos lo que hace es cambiar el color de Yoshi por el del amiibo que se este usando, he probado a link y mario.

No solo es un juego excelente con un amiibo adorable, también llego mucho antes de lo esperado (la predicción decía que llegaría el 26 pero llego el 17). Supongo que tuve suerte con eso.Como otros mencionan, también salio mas barato comprarlo aquí.En cuanto al juego, es uno de los mejores juegos para WiiU que tengo. Es adorable y relajado, pero también puede ser bastante difícil si quieres hacer todo lo te ofrece.

Un juego de plataformas excelente para aquellos que gusten de completar al 100% los niveles, pues ahí esta el reto, si eres alguien que sólo juega sin importar si consigues todo, entonces el juego te resultará muy fácil, es un juego excelente para completistas, pero mediocre para quienes sólo se dedican a irse de punto "A" a punto "B".En cuanto al amiibo, no podría ser más adorable.

Buen producto, Gracias amazon por estos precios.EL juego es bastante simple, muy bonito visualmente, Pero no supone ningun reto, Para los que ya conocen Kirby Epic Yarn es algo muy similar, el grado de dificultad es bajo, pero es muy buen juego para jugar con los sobrinos o pequeños. Se puede jugar con Wiimote tambien es mas comodo. (Recomendado para los pequeños y adultos nostalgicos).

Great addition to Nintendo's exclusives. So much fun to play coop wth a friend, as you can't go wrong with the awesome yarn amiibo packaged with this game! my only complaint is that it does feel a bit like it was partially "cut and pasted" from Mario games, but they've always been similar anyways.
