Good quality
These pills work well. All lysine pills I’ve taken are a bit difficult to swallow, no getting around it. These help prevent skin disorders and cold sores and I find this formula to be very effective.

Check ingredients more ingredients /fillers added the previous GNC Lysine product

A real choker
Maybe if your horse needs lysine, these pills would work great. But the are too huge for a normal person to swallow. I have to split them in order to use them. Also, there is no coating to make them go down easy. Going back to capsules from NAC when I finish choking these down.Edit - I threw the whole bottle away. Even cut in half they were impossible to swallow.
