Omg! The best buy ever. I really enjoyed melting my wax, in this it's so easy. The last little bit left in the pot I just tilt the pot. However the cover is not secured to the pot so taking the cover off before tilting is best.

I am really impressed with the quality of this wax melter. I expected it to take an hour to melt pounds of wax and I think it took only 1-2 minutes before the wax was the perfect temperature and ready to pour I was stunned! I have used this with soy wax and beeswax and it works perfectly for either and pours so much. Way easier and 5000x faster to use this wax melter than a double boiler, work smarter not harder! Easy to clean. Highly effective and perfect for my small business but will still be great when I scale up because it can hold so much wax! 10/10 recommend.

Worth the purchase

Disappointed. On highest setting does not heat wax to melting. On for hours at highest setting and consistency of thick mashed potatoes. Will update if replacement is any better. Seller responded to my message promptly. Stated to keep malfunctioning pot and they would ship out a new pot on Monday (over the weekend response). I received a message on monday with new tracking and new pot was received on Wednesday. New pot received was smaller (5qt vs the 7 qt) however on a whim I decided to try the new cord on original pot and the original pot now works fine with the new cord. It did heat up perfectly. So the issue was with the original cord. As others have stated, you do have to tilt the pot to get all the wax out, but a non issue for me as I dont have to deal with all the condensation and mess from double boiling anymore. The 7qt holds about 10 pounds of wax and melts quickly. Thanks for the quick response and replacement.

I'm just starting my candle business, so this was a big purchase for me and I couldn't afford to spend that much money on a bad product. I have used this melter for around a month now, and so far it has been the best choice I've made to produce candles for my business! The lid came pre-assembled which was great for me because I had a stroke last year and have dimished use of my right side. It is super easy to clean - once I'm done with 1 wax type I pour out what remains and wipe it out with a paper towel and it's ready for something else! It heats up incredibly fast and is ready to use in about 20-30 minutes, depending on how full it is, and has an easy to read temp dial. What was most impressive was the customer service. The prongs on the power cord were slightly bent from shipping (so slightly I couldn't tell by looking at them) and it wouldn't turn on when I got it. I sent an email to customer service and the owner of the company called me back that same day! He explained that sometimes this happens in shipping and how to fix it, and that if the problem continued he would replace it immediately. He even called me back to check the status and again apologize and thank me for my business. I understand shipping companies arent always careful with items and I appreciate the great customer service! When I'm ready to buy a second melter, I will definitely be buying it from this company!

I love this candle wax melter.... unfortunately about 3 months after using it, the controler started malfunctioning.... it would show the on light and be set to 180° and then id go check my wax and itd be completely solid... it would sometimeswork and melt and then turn off (with the light still on) .... i was worried they might not want to send me another controler..... but the customer service is great! I explained the issue and they immediately sent out a new cord/controler and its is working great! Thank ya'll Soylite!

I got a little candle kit with a metal pitcher you melt the wax in. I was using that to make personal and gift candles and didn’t want to spring for a $90 device for what seemed like an insignificant hobby, but holy crap. This melter has made the job take 1/4 of the time. Almost all the wax just pours right out- though you have to tip the pot for the last bit. I have had zero issues and really only regret not getting it sooner. I made 75 candles this year frustration free compared with last year’s 12 in roughly the same time with all the babying required. 10/10. Do recommend
