I mainly bought this for my husband because his sleep has been restless. He will wake up a couple of hours before he needs to and can't go back to sleep. I started him on this a few nights ago and it worked wonders. He said he has slept good since taking. He takes 2 dropper fulls an hr before he goes to bed and doesn't wake up groggy. It tastes good too. I took a dose to see for myself and I have to say I had a wonderful nights sleep!

Lemon balm extract is a great health promoter and this one is terrific. I use it as recommended in hot water first thing in the morning. I love knowing I start my day peacefully by drinking an elixer to better my health.

I am on my second bottle of this product and I take it daily it has a mild citrus flavor which I like. I have been using it at time before bed and I seem to sleep a bit better by relaxing.
