One of my favorite pieces of home gym equipment I've bough
This thing is great, I only wish I had found it sooner. I was uncertain at first because of some of the reviews talking about stability and damage to the door way, but since the time those were written the manufacturer listened to the feedback and added extra foam padding in a few spots. These pieces are protecting my doorway well, and they help stabilize it a whole lot. This is the most sturdy solid thing I can imagine a pullup bar being, and the dips bar attachment is as well (hanging it from behind the horizontal bar is more stable then how they show it in the pics btw). I've even set up a basic cable pulley system off of it so that I can do even more exercises, which has been great. I do wish there was an in between option for the dips bar spacing, the smallest is a bit too narrow for me but the second widest is a little much for me personally. Only other thing they could change is not making the assembly tools in the pack stick to the backing of the packaging as strongly, it was a bit hard to get them off. I think that took nearly as long as assembling the actual item (but that as least was super easy and quick! XD).

Definitely more than I expected
I'm not sure what I expected when I received this thing. But man, the bars are much larger than I thought they'd be. It feels extremely sturdy. I am more concerned about my door frame being able to handle my weight than this device. I look forward to being able to achieve my first pull-up in decades. By June I expect to be a monster, This arrived earlier than expected and I could not be more pleased. Assembly is relatively easy. But be careful not to overtighten the bolts. It's easy to get carried away. Other than that, this thing is really quality work. I do feel a little claustrophobic in my doorway. But the dip bar protrudes away from the entrance at least. All and All, I am very satisfied with this purchase. Though in the interest of transparency, I used a $75 gift card I won from a casino. Good Luck Guys!

Great. I love and am excited to build my arm strength
I really like this and highly recommend it. I was nervous to purchase it but I’m happy I did. It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy and well made. think there could be some improvements though. I wish the pull up/chin up bar sat a little lower. I have low ceilings so its a little awkward to get my head above the bar. I’m not sure if its rated to use the lower bar but that end up working for me. Somewhere in between would be perfect. I also feel like there could be a way to make sure the dip bar is more secured to the door. Maybe they could make the lower bar so that you could put it in between the door. The last thing I can think of is the arms for the dip bar could be wider and have a flat bar that that is padded so your arms can sit on it more conformably. Regardless I still love it and there are so many exercise options. I don’t regret the purchase and think it is well worth the price.

The best pull-up/dip bar for the home!
I purchased this system just over two weeks ago and it is excellent! I have it set up over my closet door so I pass it every morning as I get up and I knock out a set to and from the bathroom. The set up was quick and easy. I was slightly concerned after opening the box that I wasn't going to have all the parts as they were loose in the box but they all made it. It is extremely sturdy and I have no concerns hanging on the door frame. I am 6'1" and about 200lbs and I'm very happy with it. The dip bar comes off easily and I just store it in the closet when not in use. I am very pleased with the construction and quality of this bar and feel it out-classes all other doorway pull-up bars I've ever tried. I really like the fact that the bar is OVER the doorway, which gives my legs more room from the floor. For me, I absolutely love having the dip bar option. This was the one reason I almost got a huge stand-alone unit. The dip bar is great and is used often and I'm so glad I didn't go the route of the big standing unit!I have not noticed any issues with the handgrips and have no issues with the bar marking up my doorframe. If I do notice something down the road, I'll simply put a washcloth or papertowel over those spots. If you are looking to get a doorway pull-up bar, get this one.

Works Great!
Build quality was surprisingly good. Much better quality than iron gym I had before. Metal is more sturdy and pads are thicker. I hung this on door with no problems. No damage at all although I do put some extra foam between the rubber pads on the door frame. (I've seen where iron gym WILL dent the wood on the trim.)The design causes the pull up bar to be lifted higher than normal door frame bars. For my height this lets me do pull ups without bending my knees as much and much easier to get a "full hang"The dip bar attachment is also great. I use it for dips and horizontal rows and it works perfect. The bolts for the dip bars let you adjust the width of the dip bars which makes it a lot more versatile than a lot of equipment. This one piece of equipment pretty much gives you everything extra needed to do full body exercises with just body weight. I have been surprised with how happy I am with it.The instructions aren't great, but it's still pretty easy to put together with the pictures and some common sense. As other reviewers have noted, the box mentions 34 exercises but doesn't list them out. It's not that big a deal though. All you need to do is search for pull up, dip, and row exercises on google. Almost anything that can be done normal pull up, dip, or row bar can be done here. (Just NO kipping).
