These are so good, and I almost didn't buy them because some ignorant reviewers complained that they weren't sweet enough- they're SUGAR FREE!Check the reviews for other elderberry gummies- the biggest complaint is TOO MUCH SUGAR.Also, they're a VITAMIN, not a candy.These are SEALED (unlike nature's way elderberry gummies which notoriously are NOT), and they melt in your mouth which is a better way to know the vitamin is absorbed.They taste fine to me, they do the job, and I regret not buying these sooner.I love that they are sugar free, & great immunity boost.

I love that it’s a more natural alternative to regular immunity gunnies. My one and a half little guy loves these gummies! He has his front teeth and a couple of molars. The gummies are tasty and don’t have any added sugar. It is very easy to chew the texture isn’t too sticky. We cut them in half since it is recommended for 2 and up, but also the full gummy is be a little uncomfortable giving him without cutting anyways since it could be a choking hazard. My little one loves taking these gummies. It’s a little pricey but it is worth knowing what’s in it and that it is more natural.We started giving this to our little one when RSV season started, after he got sick with croup. He’s gotten better and now we use this as a natural preventative. He loves these because they taste good, I love these because it’s more natural and has a lot of good immunity builders in it.

Texture is not my fav but they taste good AND my kiddo loves taking them. Combine with a good whole food vitamin and you’re good to go. My son started to get his first cold since adding these to his regimen, symptoms never fully developed and no actual medicine was ever needed (he is 6 and gets sick once or twice a month)! I think it’s safe to say that these are good for something, but idk if they work on their own without a good multivitamin on hand.

Most importantly, they seem to have kept me well for an entire year. Had some sniffles a couple times, but when my kids brought home “the crud” from school in the spring and fall, I stayed on my feet. I love the flavor. They have less sugar than a lot of other supplemental gummies. And being gummies, they’re super convenient. I do wish they would bring back the 2 pack listing.The listing is misleading. It’s only a 3 month supply if you take 1 a day, but the directions say kids 4-12 take up to twice a day and 13+ take up t 3 times a day. That gets expensive if your whole family is taking them. You have to watch the price, too, sometimes my subscription is $17 and sometimes it’s $24, which is too high.

Our family loves any product from this brand and these especially are great to have during flu season and when we’re starting to feel under the weather. The ingredients are clean and quality and we always have these on hand!

Idk what is going on but we get the delivery that happens every 5 weeks and I swear these get worse and worse everytime, they taste and look so much different then when we first started getting them. The taste now is almost unbearable, and the color of them now are sooo light when they used to be a dark elderberry color. The texture is awful now too.

These are incredible. I love Mary Ruth products because the ingredients are clean and you can feel good about what's going in your body and what you're giving your kids. My kids take quite a few MRO products daily so it can get a bit expensive making sure my stash is replenished every month, but its so so worth it...... A little backstory on why I started buying these for my kids- My daughter's first year in school (kindergarten), she was constantly sick. No exaggeration. It started the FIRST WEEK of school and just never really ended till summer. Her next year of first grade was the same way. Constantly sick and I was always getting letters about chronic absences. It was a tough spot to be in as a mom. Fast forward to this starting school year (2024), my son would now be starting as well, and I knew we just couldn't go on the way we had for the last 2 years. So after reading other good reviews on these gummies, I decided to give them a try. They started taking them a week or 2 before the school year started and when I tell you they've only been semi-sick twice, I mean it. We are now in December and they have only been sick once with a 24 hr tummy bug and once with an ear infection/cold. Years prior, it was constant strep, flu, colds, ear infection, etc etc etc, and once it started, it was never ending all fall, winter, and spring long- UNTIL THESE!!!!! This is a real, honest review. I buy these with my own money, no paid sponsorship here- just a mom who is so grateful to have found these. They are great for anyone, but ESPECIALLY if you have school aged kiddos. Wish I would've tried these years ago. I am a MRO customer for life!
