Why do the nutritional facts on the actual bar say 210 but the nutritional facts in the product photos say 190?

Calories = grams of carbs x 4 + grams of protein x 4 + grams of fat x 9. Taking the information from the nutrition label, the calculation is 25x4 + 12x4 + 6x9 = 100+48+54=202. You will notice there are 4 grams of dietary fiber included in the total of 25. Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t digest, so you should subtract the grams of fiber from the total carbohydrate. Subtracting out the 4x4 =16 yields 186 calories. Manufacturers tend to round up so hence the 190.
