Q: Can someone post a clear diagram for the settings? I may have to return it.

I just put the batteries in and push the button when my dogs bark.! One of my best investments in years. It really works. So happy!!

Q: Does it emit an actual sound?

nothing that I can hear....but my dogs especially the westie hear it very well!

Q: What if you own more than one dog? Only one dog has the barking problem.

I think if both dogs were in close proximity to each other, they would both react to it!
