These little seedlings sprouted quickly. I thinned and transplanted with care. So far so good. I’m a new gardener and have enjoyed learning how to alter light water and soil to make these grow well.

I know better than ordering seeds from Amazon but I gave it another shot. They did not germinate.

For the little love I gave them... Tossing them on dry soil that was dark packed and watering them daily until they sprouted... I was impressed! Once they sprouted I kept forgetting to water them in the hot July heat... They are still going strong! I think the key was to give them plenty of love until they sprout. I don't recommend you forget to water them like me though!

Ordering both the red and white phlox seeds. The red had a lot of seeds, and the white had a lot less::-) was using them as a border plantAssuming they will spread so later I can move them around. Like other reviewers I thought they were perennials but when they came it said annual on the package. Will post pictures once they come up and I can move them around.

These sprouted fairly well and once planted in my yard have grown and bloomed beautifully. I actually cut the spent tops off of all of the plants and they have started blooming a second time. They don't seem to be bothered by the oppressive South Carolina heat and humidity and the flowers last for weeks on the plant. They also stand well to being picked and put in a vase. The seed pack contains a mixture of medium purple, light purple and white with purple streaks on the petals and they look very nice planted in groups as the variation in clumps of flowers looks nice together. I will definitely plant more of these around my yard next year.

Packaged well, arrived promptly and undamaged. I planted some and we will know how they turned out in a few months.

There were only 11 seeds in this pack so not happy to pay for 50 and receive only 11

Anyone know if they smell? One of the phlox I had years ago smelled like baby powder. Really would love to find that one again.
