No more neutral or reverse, as the housing doesn't have the tabs the old one did. Also as others mentioned, the bolt holes are too thick. I didn't care to modify the product, so am choosing to forgo washers and lock washers. I'm banking on it removing itself for replacement. Unfortunately I'd procrastinated this project beyond the return window. I'm exponentially worse off than I would've been just replacing the wear ring in the old housing. For now I'll be compensating this products short comings with 1 gallon of gasket maker, about 2 quarts of loctite, and a dozen fender buoys.Edit: it actually performs quite well! The missing tabs have not proven problematic.

Pump is supposed to be an aftermarket OEM replacement. Impeller would not seat all the way. It was supposed to be easier to just get a new pump than try to remove the original impeller and wear ring from the factory pump, but ended up being more of a pain to get the impeller back off this pump when it did not all fit together. After this item failed to function, went through with rebuilding the factory jet pump using the same brand new impeller that tried on this pump and all was perfect, so I know it was not an issue with the impeller.

The 4 main mounting bolt holes are too thick compared to the length of the stock stud on my 1995 sea doo speedster. I had to trim down the thickness of the 4 mounts. Must have been overlooked I'm stock comparison.
