I have been using a name brand, thin incontinent pad for a few years. When it looked like they were going to be discontinued, I went on a search. I tried a couple of other brands and then tried this one. I am an elderly lady and a little overweight. I have been using these pads for 8 days now. I have sneezed, coughed, and stood up. You know what happens. Gushes. I have never, ever had a leak with these pads. I couldn't be more pleased with the product. The are a little bulky to put in your purse but in the long run...they perform great. I will be buying more.

I had tried many brands and styles of these things. There are so many! And most of them are too small or too large or they leak or pinch or bulge in odd places.Lately I had decided too try again, reading catalogs, online sites, talking to my doctor, nurses, friends and relatives. None really showed me anything that was clearly better than what I'd already tried.So, just taking a chance, I bought a package of Prevail pads. They looked small and skimpy, but they haven't leaked even once. They fit in ways I had hoped to find but never had. I''m still using that first package, but do think I'll get some more when these are gone. Everyone seems to have different preferences, so maybe others wouldn't like them as well, but I bet they would.
