I was pleased when I saw TheraBulbs new 300 Watt near infrared bulb. I previously been using their 250 Watt to great effect and chose them to to their RoHS safety rating and certified laboratory results on near infrared wavelength output. I have found TheraBulb's 300 Watt bulb gives off quite a bit more irradiance than 250 Watt bulbs and works well to cover the entire area of my injured knee. I have posted a picture using it in the therapy lamp I bought on Amazon. Also, another picture comparing it to the 250 Watt TheraBulb. The 300 Watt bulb has a slightly longer neck which works well in the therapy lamp I bought on Amazon. I use it for 10 minutes twice a day and find that the deep penetrating infrared heats up the joint and increases circulation, reduces pain and increases my mobility.
