Amarrath grain is new to me. It has high plant protein between a grain and a bean. I read an article saying it is being used for blood pressure issues. I wanted to try it and ordered an 18 lb size. The grain quality looks visually very good. I had a problem with shipping. It was shipped in 2 bags, but in a very tiny box, not really big enough. The package was dropped or crushed by something heavy. When I opened it, both bags looked crushed and had popped open on their sides spilling part of their contents. I still haven't decided what to do about the situation, because of the co-ved issues.
