I have been having trouble sleeping for a few years. I tend to get really activated at night and with the addition of good ole menopause, my sleep is just awful. I fall asleep and an hour later, I’m wide awake.I really trust New Chapter and have used their other products over the years. So, I decided to give these a whirl. I now sleep AMAZINGLY. Thing is, you need to be ready for sleep when you take these. It works in about 20-30 mins for me and when it starts working, I instantly want to go to bed. Good but GARGANTUAN
These seem to help me feel calmer and more relaxed which, hopefully, translates to lower blood pressure. That remains to be seen. However, I have to grind these up and put them in hot water with lemon, because they are MUCH too big for me to swallow. One look at them, and I knew I would be heimliching myself on the kitchen chair if I even tried. I will finish this bottle and keep looking.
