use it just like gun grips. cut peel, attach and use a heat gun to warm it up to conform to rounded shapes. you can stretch it just a little to eliminate creases. go slow a little at a time and you get perfect fit.

The entry to our motorhome had that sandpaper non skid tape on it. It was impossible to keep clean. I removed it with patience, a putty knife and a little elbow grease. Followed up with goof off for the glue residue, then cleaned it thoroughly with alcohol before applying this product. I trimmed the product to size, slightly rounded the corners, and easily installed in on the motorhome entry. Adhesion seems to be good. Definitely non slip, and super easy to clean. We will see how it holds up over time.

This is some fantastic stuff. I specifically bought this for the rubber grip material, as opposed to the sandpaper grit material. There are so many different applications for this stuff. Although you can use these on steps or other areas where you require more grip for safety, I did buy this specifically to put on my rear bumper pad. My pad was getting old and oxidized. It lost its color and became very polished and slippery. This stuff basically breathed new life into it. To the adhesives credit, my bumper pad has a circular patter on it and I was worried the adhesive would not stick due to the texture. Utilizing a roller, I was able to lay this down and remove the air bubbles to ensure a good adhesion. (Tip: Regardless of texture, using a roller to help remove air bubbles under the tape will ensure good adhesion to your surface. Also, ensure you don't stretch the tape over textured surfaces to ensure there's enough play to roll the tape down to the surface.) As noted by other reviewers, this tape can be used for multiple purposes as in my example. The rubber texture soft, but provides good grip. The adhesive is good and will stick to most smooth surfaces that I have tried, which was mostly plastics. It is important to note I have not used this on concrete, wood, or other uneven surfaces that may be porous. Please keep this in mind when you consider this review. Otherwise, I would recommend.

I purchased this as a quick fix for my daughter’s Power Wheels tires. The rear tires, particularly had lost traction and kept skidding especially every time she came to a stop. Rather than spend the money and time to replace the tires, I simply used this tape around each of the 2 rear wheels. It was a very quick and easy fix and the traction improved significantly! Not only does the car stop with minimal skidding now, but it accelerates and drives better/faster. We’ve only used it a few times since we applied it. So I’m not sure how long it will stay on for. But, for now, it’s working great! For this reason, I’m giving it 4 stars for now and will update and adjust my review, if needed, in the coming weeks.

Prefer this rubber grip. the impregnated sand tape too abrasive on clothes when IWB carry.This 4" x 12' SafeWay Traction Tape roll will cover 36 grips.- Removed the magazine and cleared the chamber and gun of all ammunition.- Removed the slide assembly as if taking down to clean gun; set aside the slide assembly.- Cleaned the grip with 90% isopropyl alcohol.- wrapped blue painters tape around the grip- Traced the areas of pistol grip where I wanted to apply Traction Tape- Cut along the drawn lines on the blue tape profile,- Transferred the blue tape template to the traction tape,- Cut the traction tape- Applied Traction Tape- Voila!500 rounds at the range with dusty /sweaty hot hands (it's 105 F in June where I live).No issues. I used this on the top side gunwale of my boat for people to step on to get into the boat and not slip on the fiberglass. It is great for that purpose as it feels more like vinyl or a rubberized material that won't scratch your skin or cause pulls in a bathing suit, yet provides a nice non slip surface. I have other stuff I used on my trailer which is more like sandpaper.

Does not stand up to high wear at all. Easy to apply and adhesive is good.

Used it to make gun grip tapes so i didnt have to buy expensive/overpriced Talon grips. Works great. Heat it up like you do the Talon grips and it wont come off.
