100% Pure Birch Syrup (8oz)

I bought this because I never knew you could make syrup from birch sap before. I have been around a lot of birch trees back when I used to live in Maine, and the flavor of this actually reminds me a bit of the smell of cut wood. Very tasty. Quite fruity/berry like. I think I prefer Maple, but I just had to try this to satisfy my curiosity, and I'm glad I did.

I assume it is an acquired taste. It is sweet but has a bitter/burnt after taste. The Hickory syrup is much better.

I love this birchy special and rare syrup.
