A great value, responsive laptop
Did a lot of research and web searching before I bought this laptop. It was on sale at Amazon for a great price, which pleasantly surprised me given it was a new laptop. Delivery was specified as being 2 day by courier but it arrived next day, great service. I'm really pleased with it, works well, is very responsive and a great buy for the money. It looks quite plain but has everything I need.

Works for us!
We bought this as a replacement for our old laptop that was literally falling apart after more than 10 years service. It’s really easy to set up and boots quick as well. We decided not to load it up with tons of software but to keep it mainly for surfing the web do it don’t get bogged down preloading at boot up time.Very happy with it.

Don’t buy this PC if you want one that works for longer than 6 months
This product is not worth buying at all! In the first month of using this laptop it worked fine. Then it had a hard drive failure so I had to get the hard drive replaced using the HP support. It seemed to work fine for a bit then after another month it did the same again. It’s now 2020 and I’ve had the computer less than 6 months and last week it had its 3rd hard drive failure. So it’s not worth getting at all.
