Good shears
You can cut along a nice straight line when cutting sheet metal roofing panels. My wrist strength isn’t what it used to be. (I’m 82 years old.) But I managed to have the other hand help me when needed. In my earlier days I worked in a sheet metal shop so, I was lucky enough to know how to use tin snips. The whole trick was to secure the work with clamps so you have both hands free. I like the offset feature. The snips I had before these were straight snips so this feature made cutting a lot easier. They were well worth the money and they felt like a good solid tool. I highly recommend them for DIYers. Hint: Always use gloves cutting sheet metal.

Good quality, works great
Used them successfully to trim a thin strip when my serrated edge tool from another manufacturer was not working and squeezing/bending the metal instead of cutting

Better than Milwaukee and Malco
Added length makes for less cuts, straighter lines, and smoother edges. Would highly recommend

Worked great for my kitchen cupboard idea.
Recently built and, installed nee cupboards. Wanted to make them custom...So I cut sqaures, installed frosted glass. And I decided to add stainless steel trim around the frosted glass. Bought these sheara to cut the stainless steel. And oh boy...it cut so easily! Made this idea go fadt and smoothly! Highly recommend these shears for anyone wanting/needing to cut thin metal. Comfortable while working with them. These work great! They feel durable too as well! A great price..Definitely got my money worth with this purchase!

Using for vinyl siding, they are ok, but not for me.
These cut well, but for me, they are uncomfortable. I do vinyl siding, and wanted this style for doing long rips, but the angle is maybe a little too far for me. I'm not sure how to describe it. They put my wrist at an awkward position, and then when I try to feed in to the material, my hand starts to slip forward over the nubs that are supposed to keep the hand in place. So for me, I very rarely use them, so I can't comment on how long they will last. I have had them for 6 months but only tried them twice.

best snips, period, full stop
freaking fantastic snips for long straight cuts in thick gauge trim metal (Z metal flashing around windows, and drip edge metal into gutters, many many linear ft of long straight cuts for a custom job)absolutely the best snips i have ever used, tried many diff types, brands, all are hard to use, wear out forearm muscles quickly, and leave little sharp shards/edges and never can quite follow a straight line, fighting the tool the whole timebelieve the reviews from experienced guys who say these are the best snips, their go-to, etcthey are fantastic, well made, i couldnt be more happy

very good snips, period.
i own 8 snips , from dads large ones, to other offsets . this one is on my bags. cost is a bit more but the length of the cutting stroke and offset keeps the tin away from heeding cutting progress.
