I had to teach people how to use it SAFELY, as washers and dryers will often slide around on the ribbon while going up & down the stairs. Make sure you remind people to straighten their arms as they go up the stairs. (bottom users) The ribbon slipped a few times. We had to stop, tighten to a squat, I even tied my end so it wouldn't slip, and then proceed. It was a bit concerning for safety as a loaded filing cabinet almost fell on me. Review: Not a 3 pack - This is not 3 sets of lifting harnesses. It is one 3 piece set. One of the pictures on my order even showed 3 boxes.
