excellent album

I'm not going into a review of the music, this is one of the Rolling Stones best in my opinion. Every music collector should have this in their library. This is a re-master 180 gram vinyl that sounds fantastic. I highly suggest you get this baby, put in on and crank it up! The Rolling Stones never sounded better.....

You probably already know most, if not every song on this album so Im not going to get into all of that. I will say my vinyl pressing sounded fantastic and it is an honor as well as a “must” to own this for any rock n roll collection! Glad I purchased!

My favorite Rolling Stones album!

I like this album so much, i think is one of the best of The Rolling Stones, and i thought i wouldnt be a bad idea to borrow it in vinyl, so i picked a copy of it. First of all, it came good, in a good presentantion and nothing bad with it... but the only thing i dont like so much of it is that you have to increase the volumen of your amplifier or turnable because it sounds a little low, but that's the only thing i found of it, all good

Nun, endlich mal wieder ein Re-Release, dessen Kauf sich gelohnt hat. Wollte ich eigentlich Alben nicht immer wieder erwerben, so hat sich die Anschaffung auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Das Cover sieht in LP-Größe schon besser aus, aber natürlich ist es der Sound, der besticht. Auch wenn Bob Ludwig bei einigen in Ungnade zu fallen scheint, weil man ihn als Protagonisten im Loudness-War betrachtet, so hat er hier wieder einmal eine hervorragende Arbeit abgeliefert. Schon die 2002er Hybrid-SACD war das beste, was man bis dato hören konnte. Allerdings besitze ich keinen SACD-Player, und so ist eine Aufnahme dieses Vinyls in 24bit bei 192 KHz das größte musikalische Erlebnis für mich. Habe heute das neueste Remaster von Led Zeppelin's vierter und diese Stones hören dürfen, und die Stones gewinnt, von der musikalischen Seite ganz zu schweigen, um Längen: wunderbarer Analog-Sound, der sogar Bass und vor allem Mitten bedient, anders als die Led-Zep-Scheibe. Und so verlässt mich der Ärger über letztere schnell. Love In Vain, Midnight Rambler, Gimme Shelter natürlich... nie habe ich sie besser gehört. Wunderbare Pressung, die fast geräuschfrei läuft (ein leises Knistern, ein kurzes Knacken, perfekte Vinyle gibt es nicht...). Und "You Got The Silver" in der Keef-Version. Mache mich noch ärmer, um reiche, alte Männer mit noch mehr Geld zu füttern, trotzdem sage ich danke für dieses unbeschreiblich schöne Stück Kunst. Ist auch was die Lautheit angeht eine unbedingte Empfehlung für die, die sich wie ich auch lange gefragt haben, ob man die noch einmal als Vinyl-LP braucht. Viel Freude mit der Musik und liebe Grüße aus Krefeld! P.S.: Cover ist, wie man auf dem zweiten Foto sieht, an der oberen rechten Ecke angeknickt. Finde ich allerdings nicht sooooo dramatisch. Wundert mich ein wenig, denn die LP war zweifach stabil verpackt. Gibt aber keinen Punktabzug... ;-)

There is nothing to say about the album- this is only a review of the product and the delivery. No complaints about Amazon at all. The CD arrived in pristine condition. I ordered another gem- Exile On Main St with this. Both were stupendous. Took me all of thirty seconds to rip the cover off and put it on my hi-fi system, lay back and zone out to "Gimme Shelter."
