I have placed the same order 9 times over several years, the price has gone up but the produce has remained good. This time it was 3 days late, the shampoo was milky, waterier and smelled ROTTEN! Amazon would not allow me to return these? Johnson & Johnson is very happy to let me return these to them in a prepaid envelope and is going to return my cost. Shame on Amazon!!!
