Q: Is the 3” outlet pvc or abs?

It is a black plastic tank with a 3" outlet. There is an ABS fitting that has an "O" ring part way up the portion that slides into the female outlet of the tank. It is also clamped by a hose clamp. The other end of the fitting will receive 3" ABS pipe.

Q: is there a vent on this tank?

Inlet & Vent Installation Customer will measure and determine where inlet / vent will be placed on Black Waste Tank. Use correct size hole saw bit in order to drill a hole in the tank and place grommet in hole. Grommet will secure inlet / vent pipe with no adhesives needed.

Q: The plastic disc that was cut out for the inlet fell in the tank and wasn't noticed until already installed in rv. Any suggestions on how to get out?

You may be able to place a water hose in through the new black water inlet through the toilet , move it around to try and float the disc down to the outlet. As I recall there was hose clamp on the outlet piping . loosen and remove pipe to gain access to the inside of the tank. Good luck
