Wooden Serving Extra Large Tray 75 cm x 40 cm x 6 cm - The tray is not painted

Fits really well on our large pouffe. Does need to be painted, varnished or sealed and have just got round to this. Quality of the money paid and is quite hardy.

was excited when this wooden serving tray arrived—its 75 × 40 cm size is impressive, and the simple spruce/plywood finish makes it versatile for entertaining or crafting. It’s sturdy and solid, exactly as described. That said, I have to be honest: I felt it was overpriced for a basic unpainted tray. Compared to similar wooden trays on the market, this one is definitely at the top end of the price range, especially considering it arrives unfinished. If you want a large, plain tray to paint or customise, it’s a lovely option—but you’re paying extra for the size and brand name more than premium quality or craftsmanship. I’d personally wait for a discount or comparison-shop unless you’re really committed to that exact spec.

I bought this and then stained it, lined the bottom with a piece of the same wallpaper on my wall and then finally got a piece of perspex cut to fit the bottom and make it waterproof. I am very pleased at the end result which looks very expensive but was considerably cheaper than buying a tray of simile looks and quality.

Wanted a large tray to be able to convert our large footstool to a coffee table as we don’t have room for both. I pained ours white. It will be great doubled up on our footstool as a coffee table to put down food/drinks when extra space needed when friends/family visit. Good quality wooden tray, comes untreated to paint yourself, if required. Seems strong and sturdy. I did 3 coats of paint with a brush and roller with a fine sand down in between, very pleased. Would recommend.
