At this price point you can't really go wrong. It's a cheap gaming chair. It's made of good quality materials that despite feeling cheap are quite sturdy. The chair itself can feel quite hard but for me it is fine and rather comfortable. However, I would say that you should keep the assembly tool on hand as I've had a few occasions where I have to tighten screws. All in all a good chair

It was hard to assemble but after little effort all good

Bought this for my 11yr old who does love it and was happy to keep it despite the problems. The problems were as follows: *There was a cut in the back support of the chair on the front (we've covered with a bit of tape)*The straps that have the cushioned back arch support were sewn together so I had to split apart*The screw hole in the material on the side the lever goes was ripped and the actual screw hole was non existent unless u went up and under the fabric*The fixings pack was open and a screw was loose in the box*The fixings pack didn't match the instructions. Wrong screws were suggested to fit parts together. In the end we just worked out what went where and finally got the chair put together!On th plus side customer service was prompt and very friendly/helpful. They offered a refund or a partial refund. We took the partial refund, because as mentioned above my son wanted to keep it. No complaints from him so far and he sits in it daily to play his computer games.

This is a big chair to get in a confined area, had no problem with chair, but if you are wide hipped you may find it uncomfortable.

the seat was not constructed correctly making it difficult to assemble save yourself the hassle and dont buy this, buy one for 100. completely terrible

The chair itself when you first get it it feels quite cheap but after tightening some bolts so they never come loose again it feels alot better. The only problem with the chair is that after about 10 mins of sitting in thre chair it does slowly sink downa and this repeatidly happens no amtter how many time i raise it up.
