i weigh about 135 and i got a small. this thing would not even zip. i got a medium and it was still too small. so i just sent them back i was not ordering again. so, if you order order up,,,, way up

Loveeeee it! I have on a size medium for reference and have attached a picture of me without it and with it on. I’m on the third hook and zip it up with ease. I think I need a smaller size but I’m scared of a size small 😂 but it does not roll at all and is very comfortable for long term. I also sleep in my waist trainer as well!

I’ve been using waist trainers for years, and after the person I used to buy from moved, I struggled to find one that matched the quality and fit I was used to. I was thrilled to discover this waist trainer, which is the closest I’ve found to my previous one, and I absolutely love it!The quality of this waist trainer is excellent, especially for the price—it’s half of what I used to pay, which is a fantastic deal. The material is durable yet comfortable, and it provides the support and compression I need without feeling restrictive.The only downside I’ve experienced is the sizing. I’ve noticed that the difference between the medium and small sizes is quite significant. As I’ve slimmed down, I’ve outgrown the medium, but the small is still too tight due to the large gap between the two sizes. It would be perfect if there was an in-between size or a more gradual transition between sizes.Overall, this waist trainer is a great find, and despite the sizing issue, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective, high-quality, and affordable waist trainer.

It’s a good fit and good material. It’s just too small. I literally went by the views. One girl weighed 200 and got and xl. I’m only 7 lbs bigger and I cannot zip it up. The girl who ordered a 2xl was 235 lbs. I wouldn’t have been able to fit it. I guess I’ll keep it and just train until I can zip it up

This is one of my favorite waist trainers. I’ve been using this brand for years definitely works lost weight with it. I’m in a large and I sized down to a medium. You can move and breathe good in them definitely will recommend

When I saw this waist training I thought it looked gimmicky. I did not think it would change my waistline very much but decided to buy it and see for myself. It has enough resistance that putting it on was difficult at first. I almost zipped some skin the first try. After several uses it became mush easier to put on, stretching a small amount. It does push in on my bra-line although I have a long torso. I wear this to work 5 days a week. I have been doing this for 3 weeks. The first week I wore it several hours in the morning and took it off after lunch. I have a physical job where I bend, kneel, etc often. I have washed this item once because of heavy sweating the first week. Now week 3 a rib is beginning to poke through the latex at the bottom. Frankly, I think the rib started poking through due to me sitting at my desk and not while working in the field, I noticed it was bothering me while sitting for several days. I would like to think my tailor can do something to fix it but I had hoped it would hold up better since most women wear these for working out and daily use. One the positives it does a great job slimming my torso. At the end of the day my skin is so happy to be out of it though I have trouble wanting to put on my corset which I like to wear all evening. If I were wearing this just to look hot from time to time I may have given this 5 stars but since I expected daily use and long lasting performance I have given 3 stars.Update: What can I say I am fat and cheap so I thought I would give this product another shot... Well two.I purchases another black waist compression and a nude. The Nude arrived with one of the closures not sewn in place. I thought I would take it to the tailor and make due. The black was intact so I put it on and in doing to the stitching on a closure ripped free. Now I have two training to take to the tailor before I can wear them at all. I must be a total idiot to have bought any more of these!

I have been waist training for over 8 years and have use many different brands. I have a couple of waist trainers and they never disappoint. This waist trainer is one of the most comfortable I have ordered from Amazon. There is no boning, so nothing feels like it biding you, but it does snatch you up. I feel they run a little big; I used the size guide and I provably could have sized down as I’m on the third set of hooks. But this will be perfect for working out. Definitely recommend.
