oticeable Wear After First Use but Holds Tension Well
I recently purchased these tennis strings and had them strung on my racket at a tension of 53 lbs. After a solid 2-hour practice session, I noticed that the center of the strings turned white, indicating some wear. While this discoloration is common with many strings due to the friction and pressure from regular play, it was somewhat surprising to see it manifest so quickly. On the positive side, the strings held their tension well throughout the session, and there was no noticeable impact on performance or playability, which was a big plus. The strings provide good control and make you feel comfortable during play. For players considering these strings, keep in mind that while they perform well, the aesthetic wear can be apparent early on. This might not be a deal-breaker for everyone, but if you prefer strings that maintain their look longer, you might want to explore other options. Overall, these strings offer decent value for their price, especially if performance is your primary concern.
