I used it to power a 12 v radiator fan to different speeds. So far so good and has a cool lit display to show voltage. Seems of good quality too

Works perfect as advertised

Good for testing and short-term use. Despite claiming a minimum of 3V, I couldn't get it to reliably go below ~3.45V. Also, the voltage tends to slowly drop over time (or at least the reading slowly falls.) Other than that though, it works well enough to use with electronics projects and can supply the claimed 60W.

The minimum voltage is 3.47 volts, maximum is 12.4 volts. Minimum voltage is advertised to be 3.0 volts. Also the voltage does not increase at 70% or greater of dial full range. Otherwise it works fine. More poorly designed junk from China.

The minimum voltage supplied is 3.5 volts — not the 3.0 volts as advertised.That 3.5 minimum volts is actually what I needed, so I set the voltage at minimum and it seemed to work……24 hours later, the voltage had creeped up to over 6.5 volts, and BURNED UP $80 worth of green lasers!!!This power supply is terrible. I do not recommend it!Caveat Emptor!

I use these for wiper Motor Halloween Props and this is the best thing I've come across! Normally these power supplies come in 5volt (slow) or 12volt (fast) but this one is completely adjustable from OFF all the way to 12v and everything in-between. It's great.
