DisappointedSorry to say that I did not receive the item advertised. The hair was a totally different texture and curl pattern, the length was not 12 inches at any area on the unit. I decided to show the length just as I was dropping it off for the return so I didn't have a tape measure but the box that it came in only measured approximately 8 inches and the pen that I used only measures less than 6 inches which I remeasured once I returned home. I measured the front of the wig with the box, it was about an inch longer than a box which would make it about 9" and the nape was about 6" to 7". Not one hair on the unit measured 12" nor was the curl pattern as advertised.I was so disappointed after awaiting this unit for my client.

If I could give this hair a 1 I would. I hate to leave bad reviews but this MUST be reviewed. The hair I received is NOT human. Upon receiving the hair, I knew the ends were to dry and brittle, but I still gave it a try. Worse hair I’ve ever purchased from Amazon. The worse wig ever. This hair has matted up after one day of wearing. I am so mad because I took the time and read all the reviews before I decided to pay $80 for a wig. Move on and find another wig because this is not the one.

The hair sheds horribly, hair is not 10inches, more like 8, not good quality. Would not recommend, not has described. If I didn’t already install I would send back, can’t get no use out of this. Waste ofMoney and time.
