Uses
I used one of these with a program to guarantee Airbag Control Unit boards are placed in the correct housing units. Proximity sensors close a circuit that changes a port from high value to low value, indicating the correct housing unit is on the jig. I also had an article published that decribes how to talk to the 1024-LS. Visual Basic Developer paid me $250 for the article. (Nice return on investment.)

Needed for Radio Automation
I used this in my radio stations for cues from external sources for BSI Simian automation software. We had to take it out-of-service because it was sending false cues from static discharges nearby. BSI no longer recommends this due to those issues.

Seller delivers and answer fast. I didnt tested because I have to read analog signals. Nevertheless, hardware and software looks great from this brand.
