Slightly obsessed!
I’m obsessed! The steam output was perfect and worked well with all of the attachments. Super easy to use and clean.Just remember to buy distilled water.

Best steamer ever!
This thing is absolutely amazing!! Only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was it needs distilled water for best results. I would have ordered with it but instead then had to go to the store before using it. I was skeptical when ordering. I used it to clean the car today and it worked flawlessly and made cleaning a breeze. It melted away even the hardest dirt left from a baseball kid. This will be a go to for all my cleaning needs.

Works as advertised 8/10
First Attempt at Cleaning Kitchen Tile Grout with Steamer – 8/10This was my first time using a steamer to clean the grout in my kitchen, and overall, I’m impressed. The steamer comes with an attachment that allows you to stand and clean as if you’re mopping, which made the process relatively easy with minimal elbow grease required. However, I noticed that more frequent steam usage causes the reservoir to empty faster.Key Details:• The reservoir holds 40 oz of water and provides up to 50 minutes of use. However, overfilling it causes the machine to sputter water, fail to produce steam, or stop working altogether.• A major drawback is that each time you need to refill the tank or switch attachments, the machine must be powered down and cooled for 30 minutes. Once cooled, it takes about 10 minutes to reheat.Challenges:• The cord has a tendency to kink internally, which prevents steam from being released. This initially made me think the machine was defective, but the manual explains the issue and advises unkinking the cord periodically, even if it looks straight. Once I did that, the steamer worked perfectly.• The included cord is only 2 feet long, so an extension cord is necessary for effective use.Despite these minor setbacks, the steamer worked great once I addressed the cord issue. It’s a solid cleaning tool, but the downtime for cooling and reheating can interrupt the flow of cleaning if you’re working on larger areas.

This is awesome!
The media could not be loaded. Got a free shower pan to build a shower at our cabin but it had paint and glue on it. I tried scrubbing it with a brush and zero results. The steam cleaner and brush got it off plus the dirt and old caulking!I have also used it on tile grout at home and am very happy with the results! The attatchments are great. Seems like 1 for any situation. I do wish it came with a bag or something for easier storage. Its like have to put away a canister vacuum. The plug in cord and hose have plenty of length. The steam lasts about 30 min of constant use. The trigger is easy on my hand.Warm up time is long considering the left over water has to be bleed out before the steam will start back up. I think that’s why a lot of people think its broken. Water will come out like from a hose and the instructions dont explain that. Its super good value for the money. I bought a used/returned one for the lower price and have had zero issues with it.Its easy to move around, and small enough to not have any issues in a small area.

Great for Wallpaper removal
We just received this today and I had to try it out. I bought this with the intention of wallpaper removal. Seriously why did I listen to all those people who told me the steam removal wasn't worth the time or money on the steamer? If you have wallpaper and want it gone- this will definitely help! Not only does it ease the removal process, it makes the clean-up 10x faster.Last weekend we finally decided to tackle the horrid wallpaper in our hallway. We scored all the walls, sprayed the fabric softener and went to it. To call it a mess is a tremendous understatement. Took a bit to get it loose and then we had to keep spraying the solution to loosen the paper and glue. Scrape and spray. Over and over and over. The portions we did looked like a war zone. We kept slipping on the glue / fabric softener mess. My husband and I spent about 5 hours and got a bit less than half the hallway done. An hour of that was clean up. This is what I was told was the easiest way. It most definitely was not.A co-worker mentioned using a steamer and how much easier and cleaner it was. Enter the Wagner 915 Steamer. This made a chore into a breeze. Well it's still pealing wallpaper, but you get the idea. I read the manual, put the water in with the included funnel, turned it on and waited till the red light went off. Placed the wall plate against the wall and held it in place for 20 seconds. Moved it and started getting an edge up. Once I had the edge up it was steam and peal. Spent about an hour, till the Wagner 915 ran out of steam, and got a good sized bit done by myself. There was less destruction the the wall beneath, much less effort, and so much less mess.I added about 48 oz of water to the unit and waited 20 minutes to begin. The hose is long and easy to maneuver, the wheels make it easy to navigate the main unit. The power cord is short, maybe 3 feet long, so I used an extension cord. I do not have tons of upper body strength and had no issues with an extender holding the steam plate in place. Our home is small, the hallway is actually the shape of the letter "F". The kids couldn't go to the bathroom without being carried by my husband last weekend, now with the baby it's not a problem. I know that may not seem like it would be a big issue but alas it was. I've included pictures, The first is at the beginning of the session. The next image is the corner where we stopped last weekend (look at all the spackle!) and the wall I did tonight. The final image is when I was done- all I had done was throw the paper into a trash bag, no mopping at that point. I am not covered in slime, my home doesn't reek of chemicals, and my family wasn't displaced by the project. Definitely worth the money. I have no used it for cleaning yet, but will update when I do.
