They say triple cooked but I think that was an error and was actually meant to say triple salted. However, if you brush this salt off you are left with a little lump of love. Great texture, great flavour and overall highly rated on the scratching scale. Would reccomend if you don't mind de-salting them. Although they have a nice texture and the right combination of soft & crunchy, the flavour was very bland. I'm used to a bit of a salty 'kick' in the back of the mouth but it was severely lacking here.
