Carson MicroFlip 100x-250x LED Lighted Pocket Microscope with Flip Down Slide Base, Smartphone Adapter Clip, and UV Flashlight

I bought is for my 4 year old kid as she wanted to know how germs and cells look like and this product has not disappointed me at all. Although small in size it does the job very well. The clarity of focus is great and the mobile clip is an added advantage. You can further enhance the zoom with your mobile phone camera. Although it just comes with one base slide and I am still trying to figure out the use of UV light in it you can clearly see stands cells blood cells and onion peel cells.

Great product but when you’re using this microscope even the slightest movement means the object you’re looking at goes out of focus. So it should ideally come with some kind of stand to help stabilise it.

Fantastic design, works flawlessly. Needs some practice to position the phone camera on the lens to make a good shot.

Useless If you want to use it for taking pics or making videos. It needs a lot of stability so the way pictures and videos are showing that people are taking microscopic pics and videos outside is just marketing. It was not possible to use it that way.

It is very good and easy to use. For kids and for those who like to discover micro world around them it is the best & affordable way to do so. I know, a lab microscope which costs 10-20k is not affordable for every science enthusiast but with this you can explore the unexplored nano world. It is a value for money product.

So first thing it arrives used and broken with a battery already inside it also the magnification is alright but nothing too crazy the magnification doesn't allow to see most microorganisms also they don't reveal cellular structure or detailed image also I am not a fan of the slide base one thing good was the ease of assembly you didn't need to assemble anything also the image quality is not good not value for money the size is great because it is portable the functionality is also meh overall I don't recommend for detailed study of microorganisms if you want to see a glimpse of the microscopic world then this will let you I recommend saving for a proper compund microscope also if you budget is not great then this is for you

I’m a first time user of microscope. I bought it for hobby. The zoom quality is awesome.It is initially a bit difficult to get the focus of the object and also stay focused. Start with 100x and then zoom to 250x.I couldn’t stop looking at things in home with this microscope.A nice product and good quality 👍
