Pretty darn easy!
Pretty cool! Works easily and actually tastes pretty good. I didn't want to buy an expensive one if I didn't like the "pasta", but it was actually pretty good! My only problem with it is the little end piece you're stuck with - first world problem... I ate it. Might not work well if you need to make a large batch, but for one or two people it works perfectly. I've already recommended this to my MIL.

Perfect for zucchini noodles.
I love this thing. So far I've only used it to make zucchini noodles, which turned out miraculously perfect. The only pain is washing it - I always seem to get some squash stuck way inside and since the blades are razor sharp...I have to use a tooth brush to get in there. No big deal; I keep an extra one under the sink just for this job.

Great kitchen tool!
This is such a great tool to make healthy versions of veggie pasta! Use it all the time! This is probably obvious, but I didn't notice it the first time I washed it - there is a small, clearish point on the part that you put on the end of the vegetable; be careful when washing! I poked myself and it was a little painful.

Beginners beware!
I am a novice vegetable spiraler. You experts, this review is not for you. Beginners, DON'T BUY THIS THING!!! I couldn't find the right size zucchini- apparently it needed to be pencil-thin to slice into the little hole in the center- if it's still any larger than that by the time it reaches the middle, it just shoves into itself and makes a zucchini mush that you have to dig out, which is impossible because your finger (and every other kitchen utensil in the world,) is too chubby to fit down that center without leaving a bit behind due to the slicer on the OTHER side of it. Thinner zucchini breaks under the stress of turning it, and the cap/handle mashes the zucchini on the outside end as you get closer to completion. You wind up wasting the last 3 inches because it is impossible to get your fingers or the handle in there. Perhaps there is a way, but the thing doesn't come with any instructions to show you how!! The box literally looks like the overpriced garbage my kids sell for PTA fundraisers. If you want something that doesn't leave a mess on your countertop and a very frustrated user in its wake, purchase one that coils the zucchini all the way to the end and ISN'T cone shaped. When you are more experienced, maybe then this thing will make more sense to use.

Cool tool but it wastes a lot of the veggies
Cool tool but it wastes a lot of the veggies.. Plus its a dangerous.. There has been a few times in my life that I've cut my self while cooking, this tool its a guarantee that you will.. OUCH! Save your fingers and spend a few $$ on a Mandoline Slicer instead.

Works great if you have the perfect size veggies
Works great if you have the perfect size veggies. (I've only tried squash.) For store bought produce it would probably be fine. For home-grown, the sizes vary so much that it's really not practical. I ended up getting a julienne style mandolin slicer that works better, even though your "noodles" won't be as long as with the spiral.

Easy to use and compact
Easy to create "zoodles" with this spiralizer, and it's easy to clean. It comes with the little brush to get all the zucchini bits out, too. It's a small tool, which I believe is necessary for a kitchen item that isn't used daily. Very lightweight and easy to store elsewhere. It's simple to use, and the blade is sharp enough that it creates the zoodles easily and without much resistance. Highly recommend.

It works - even for a lefty
I do like this spiral cutter. I did not get the brush that it shows in the picture and that might help as cleaning it is difficult and kind of dangerous. The lid / turner does not really work so there is waste of zucchini when you get down toward the end. I'm afraid of cutting myself so I don't take a chance and I just chop up any remaining pieces and sauté them with a little cheese. I made recipes for my sisters and my friend and they did like them. I tend to eat more of the veggies this way. I am left handed and had a little bit of trouble in the beginning then I was on the phone one time and picked it up and it seemed to work better using my right hand but then I went back to using my left hand and it was fine. I think I may have needed more confidence.

Zero star - do not buy this product
Really bad product. Does not work at all as advertised. I tried to get spirals of cucumber. carrot and zucchini - none worked. It just scraped them instead of getting spirals. 0 star! When I asked for a return - the seller did not even bother to respond. Had to get an Amazon Guaranteed return. Amazon is great!
