Cheap casting
I thought I would try this pump because I wouldn’t be using it often and it fit the budget. Pump looked nice and went together easy. Problem was it never pumped the first time. I’m in the industrial maintenance field and I work with different types of pumps daily. I turned the pump so much trying to get it to prime that the handle eventually just snapped off inside the pump. So at this point I took it apart to see why it wouldn’t pump. The casting tolerances were so bad that it would be literally impossible for this thing to ever hold enough pressure to move any type of fluid. It’s a very cheap and thin casting with a spring the size of a pen spring pressing the rotor blades against the housings. Yard ornament at best.

Barrel pump
Great barrel pump, would be nice if the spout had an extension tho.

Absolute garbage
Product arrived with no problem however after attaching it the 55 gallon drum the ad said it fit, the crank was so long that it hit the drum when rotated. After Jerry rigging a solution for that problem I was lucky enough to find out the pump doesn't work in the first place. Complete waste of money. It's only real use maybe a paperweight

Works as Advertised
For a Chinese make, this rotary pump works as advertised. The cast body and other components appear rather crude, but it works reliably and as advertised. I use it for 55-gal water storage. Time will tell its reliable usage with water instead of the advertised oil.

Poorly Manufactured & Leaky
The first one was so poorly manufactured I couldn’t assemble it due to the boogered up threads. The replacement took a half hour to clear the dross from the threads, but did eventually assemble. Despite using a generous amount of pipe tape, it leaks from where the pipe mates to the head. I might be able to seal that with some plumbers putty, but it also just pours out around where the impeller axle penetrates the pump casing. TL;DR, save your money, avoid the frustration & buy something else.

Cam with defects
Pumped work led but the attachment that screws to to tank to support the pump was painted on that caused it not to screw into place. Very sloppy paint job.

There is no pick up tube. This is a rip off.

The pump would not self prime, it also spins extremely hard like it is seized up.
