Great set, simple design, small footprint on the counter, easy access to cups and saucers to use or put back.
I love this. I and my wife and I broke a set across the years with a similar wire frame, but those cups eventually had all their dainty handles broken, super-glued, broke again. The whole time we had them they were such a small diameter (maybe held 2 oz.) that the Barista's ports barely streamed into them, aiming was a hit and miss affair because the tolerances were that tight. That wire cage also had them hanging off the sides on individual hooks, a problem for balancing and a source of some of the breakage. These cups are nicely wide, though petite they probably hold about 4 oz if you fill to the brim. It all works. The only bad news is my wife said I paid way too much (by triple). She says I could have got a replacement set for one third the amount at IKEA (nearest one's about 90 miles away), I didn't want to wait and take the chance, these are excellent.PS, I saw other folks complaining that they arrived broken which is inconvenient and unfortunate, mine did not have extraordinary protection, but it was adequate assuming reasonable handling. Amazon rushes replacements out if breakage happens (keeping perspective breakage is the exception not the rule). There's a separate reporting choice in Amazon for feedback on shipping, etc. These particular reviews are supposed to help others choose the product, or not. It's a given that all products have the possibility of arriving broken.I also saw a couple of complaints that these were small, well that's relative and ambiguous. For me these replaced a genuinely small but authentic espresso set (2 oz). One of the things I liked about these is that they are wider, a low profile, and have double that former capacity (4 oz), but they are still in the realm of espresso-sized, any larger than these and you may as well use the standard cup and saucer; these are perfect.

Neat sturdy cups that are a welcome addition to the kitchen
Pro's:-> These cups are sturdy and good quality.-> I also find them to be dishwasher friendly(top rack) so they are very easy to clean -- I have also hand washed them and they come clean very quickly. The last set of cups I had cracked when I poured hot liquid in them so this was happiness.-> The metal rack makes the storage very compact -- I had cups without the rack last time and they used to be scattered all over the counter.-> When I hand wash, I stack them upside down and they drain over the metal rack so thats quite neat.Con's:-> The cup handle hole is really small, difficult for an adult to put any finger other than the little finger into it. We have to pinch the handle with our fingers to hold. I havent dropped them yet, so unsure as to how sturdy they are in that sense.-> Not microwaveable, so I am a little unhappy on that count. I have to make the coffee in some other container and pour into this, which is a bit painful.-> Wish there was a 6cup option instead on only 4 cups a pack.Overall these are excellent cups inspite of the minor difficulties. So I would recommend them to anyone looking for small coffee/tea cups.

Great set for espresso
I love this set. I got for my office so I can get a quick Nesspresso when I am in the mood. Honestly, there isn't that much to say as it is as it is pictures and it works. The cups and saucers are study and after many coffees and hand washes (never tried a dish washer), they hold up fine. They are ceramic. They fit well in the holders and the holder is sturdy. I felt it was important to state these basics in case people were worried it was not like the picture or completely junky (which we've all seen from some experiences with products). The cup sizes are small. My co-worker has ones that look like this but the cups are bigger. These can only really take a small cup of espresso. A double (from Nespresso) fills it to the brim and definitely will not take a full cup of coffee.

Good set but handles a little hard to grip
The fit and finish of all the components are great. This fits under my cabinets and looks great next to our espresso maker. The only minor gripe is that the handles are too small to really get a good grip with my larger hands. I would expect them to be larger for a 4oz cup but it may affect the asthetics of the set.

which looked tacky and annoying. I soaked them in hot water and dish ...
The saucers have a large barcode sticker on the bottom of each one that says "HIC CHINA", which looked tacky and annoying. I soaked them in hot water and dish soap to get them off. Now they look alright. The tower is nice and convenient, although the cups lean slightly. I'm going to use it for my office desk. It remains to be seen if repeated lifting of the cups out of the tower will result in wear marks from rubbing against the metal bars. Due to the orientation for the cup handle slit, they only fit one way. This means the wear will not be spread around the surface area. The only real complaint I have is one of the cups has a small black "smudge / streak" defect near the rim (about 1/8 inch large), and it will not come off. They look like scuff marks. I don't see how it could have happened during shipping. Personally I think it should have been caught at outgoing QA. Thus I give it 3 stars.

Beautiful, compact espresso cup set
They look great and take up very little space on the counter. After about four months of use in college I've found the stacking rack to be very stable. The cups are big enough for a double-shot espresso and the saucers can also be used for desserts and other small treats. Great addition to the kitchen if you're looking for a compact and affordable espresso set - I plan on keeping this with me for years to come!

These cups are less than 4oz.
These cups are less than 4oz and not lungo cups.

Great expresso set
I wanted an expresso cup set to go with my new Nespresso machine. I searched on Amazon through tons of options, with great confusion about what size cup was appropriate. In the end, I am glad that I found these. A single expresso fills to half, and a double fills to the top. The set is extremely convenient and takes up very little counter space. I hand wash the cups, because my dishwasher does not hold small items well. But it is not an inconvenience as they take seconds to wash clean. Very good value. Would buy again.
