Q: is there a step to do prior to the ball working? The ball does not move on my new tube and NOthing comes out!

When I first got mine, it was like that but I pressed and rolled it across my scar several times while gently squeezing the tube and it eventually started working as intended. You have to “prime” it.

Q: My roller ball isn't working is my product old...? Or does the new design just not work.

I don’t know. My product is a year old and the roller ball still works.
