These NFC cards are read/writable so you can change the data as many times as you want. The data can be locked so the card is read-only. Once the NFC card is locked, it cannot be unlocked. The NXP Ntag216 chip DOES NOT come NDEF formatted by the manufacturer. The chip inside the badge is a very fast modern chip with good reading range. WARNING: 1, These NFC tags cannot be used on metal, aluminum or electronic surfaces. An on-metal NFC tag should be used instead. 2, The NXP Ntag216 card is compatiabble with all the enabled NFC device.
