Why does it say keyless entry in the title? This is very misleading. You cannot gain entry from the outside. So it is not a keyless entry device.

My Guess is they are trying to account for the lowest common denominator of brains, it is a side lock, perfect for a screen door, and lite security !

I don't know about a metal cabinet. I installed mine on a wood gate.

you can put it however high you want, it could prevent a 40 year old depending how high you put it
