I have tried similar mounts, for about the same cost and this is now my go-to for installations. I like that the mount allows the TV to pull away from the wall for cable connections. But most important for me, is the adjustment on the top, that allows you to adjust level and placement. I typically install 2 TV's right next to each other, and the adjustment allows them to align perfectly every time.

This mount is fine, for the money. I used this for a 75" Sony that is well under the rated weight capacity of the mount. The mount comes with all of the necessary hardware, is easy to install and functions as listed. However, once mounted, the display is quite wobbly and does not feel very secure. If the display were a little heavier, I would not use this mount. Yes, it is lagged into studs. specifically the mechanism that allows the mount to be pulled away from the wall is where the fault seems to lie. So, keep your TV tight to the wall once installed and do not take this for an articulating mount. Use the movement to connect cables to the display, etcetera and then push the display tight to the wall.

only hindrance was thw instructions did not have any words and pix were so small hard to make out what was needed. Had to pull up a you tube video for clarity...add words or bigger pix

This does NOT have spacing wide enough to accommodate an outlet in the middle. there is only about 3.5 inches between. Very disappointed

I bought 3 for our Living/Game Room. 65" in the middle for watching with a 55" on each side for gaming. I really like the way they are so easily adjustable. I did have them mounted. I have 2 more to have mounted and I will be purchasing them again.
