I've used this product for over 25 years and benefit.

I've taken this daily for almost 2 years. I take it to help boost my immunity. I will say while taking it I haven't gotten sick as often. No bad taste or side effects noted.

One question has gone unanswered: where was this product sourced from? FYI... country of origin is not the same as the country where the ingredients were sourced from. I also found out by researching that the amount of zinc one should take is the actual elemental zinc found in the product. The upper limits of 50 mg refers to this limit, not the zinc listed on the product. I don't think that the 30 mg listed on this product means that this product has 30 mg of elemental zinc. I wish it were more clear to ensure we all get the correct dosage we are trying to achieve. How much elemental zinc in zinc products:Zinc Acetate: 25 mg (7.5 mg elemental zinc), 50 mg (15 mg elemental zinc) Zinc Gluconate: 50 mg (7 mg elemental zinc), 100 mg (14 mg elemental zinc) Zinc Sulfate: 110 mg (25 mg elemental zinc), 220 mg (50 mg elemental zinc) Zinc Oxide: 100 mg (80 mg elemental zinc)

Awesome daily supplement, bit of nausea to be expected with zinc, but LOADS of results for the men out there

I take Triple Play Zinc for my immune support, along with D3 and C. It contains the three most important types of Zinc that you need. I take one a day which supplies my daily recommended needs. It has been a regular part of my routine and I have been happy with the results!

I have been taking these supplements for about 2 years now. They are part of my daily regimen.
