The Spice Way Granulated Garlic - Domestic, US Grown (8 oz) resealable bag

I use granulated garlic in place of salt in majority of my cooking. This has so much more flavor than two other small jar brands I still had in the cabinet. I use less than any brand I've purchased in a long time because the smell and flavor is so much better. So that makes it a great deal. The granules are slightly larger than some, think salt vs powder. The package does re seal well, but I divided in two spice jars. This is my first purchase from the brand but it's great enough to entice trying more from them.

The spice I ordered was garlic. It is very fragrant and works great in my recipes. I mis read and thought it would be more crystal like texture, but I see it says granulated. I have other spices from this company and they are all excellent quality!

Closer to powder consistency, but good flavor.

The garlic powder seems fine. It's garlic powder. Smells better than the cheaper stuff at Walmart and I'm fairly confident it's better quality. I guess I didn't realize what 8 oz. actually looks like though. It was smaller than I thought it would be. I probably won't order again. Not that there's anything wrong with the product itself. It's just pricey for the amount. At least to me it is.

Fragrant and delicious! Some of the better powdered garlic I've purchased. Would recommend.
