I have some really nice knives and some over rated knives that aren't worth what i paid for them. This is by far my favorite knife in the kitchen. I reach for one of these all the time. It's like magic how it cuts steaks, veggies, tomatoes without an effort, pretty much anything when I am cooking or eating. And it's reasonably priced too.

LOVE these knives, I purchased these in addition to the set I already had. After using ( with envy) the same brand of knife at my mother’s for years, I finally purchased some for myself. Yes, they are pricey, yet worth every penny. They are VERY sharp. I do wish the handles were less cheap looking. They fit the hand well but can become slippery if wet - thus my multiple type purchase. Durability of handle material - only time will tell. Overall- quite satisfied and looking forward to using these knives .

These are extremely sharp, surprisingly so. They are versatile: bread, fruit, vegetables, steak. Curved tip allows spreading of butter or condiments. Dishwasher safe!

We love these knives. They are very sharp (so beware), but they stand the test of time. We have purchased this brand of knives several times now and have not been disappointed. We wash them in the dishwasher over and over and they hold up perfectly.

Great knives! Very very sharp and they stay sharp. Good weight and ergonomic feel in the hand. They are very versatile I use them for most everything in the kitchen. Cannot recommend highly enough!
