Would work … but with limitations
Cable to earphones can’t be thicker than a standard Apple sized one … clip holds if sat stillNot great for people with iems moving about on stage with a decently insulated cable.

Bought hands free did not not have clips as advertised, this pack very handy, now I have spares and can use for other things 😀

Okayish
I couldnt get the original clip for my earphones as its unavailible so I opted for these instead.I have to use 2 clips instead if the one as for extra security (the bit that clips are small).When using one clip I found my earphones on the floor so I use 2 hoping they both don't unclip.

Bit smaller then expected
Much smaller then I was hoping for, but I can use them for other things. my headphone wire is much thicker, to fit these.
