Fun and realistic
I love how the artist brings embroidered flowers to life. So many different flowers to choose from and it has inspired me to draw some patterns of my own. Beautiful illustrations and lots of inspiration!

Wild flowers
I love her books. She makes very simple everyday things look beautiful. She has pictures to copy from of all her designs. She has instructions on which stitches she used as well as the colours. You can decide how much of her designs you want to use. Some days it’s nice to have everything written out for you so you can embroider will you binge watch your favorite programs on prime

Very helpful embroidery guide
A good, comprehensive guide to embroidering pretty things - if you've ever wondered what sort of stitches you should use to embroider different types of flowers, grasses, butterflies, birds, and other lovely natural things, than this book will be very helpful for you. This book makes me wish I had embroidery skills.

Beautifully-presented wildflower photos and stitch directions in Japanese style
Medium-format, slim, paperback captures the spirit of Japanese mystique in Nature in flora, e.g., found in "tree-bathing", walks in woods...my arrived package within a day, however, as postal worker, Chanel, saw, had a full-length, uneven, vertical bend in paperback cover, an inch from the binding, not related to opening the book...this is fyi. The book does not look used but both postal worker and I, (who saw it, the unsightly uneven vertical bend in cover, at same time as I lifted to package adhesive-held flap), frowned...just saying. Love the contents and artistic presentation of the sweet book...plan to also order the suggested book on "Embroidered Botanicals", again, Japanese style, soon. Wish this present wildflower embroidery book wasnt bent in cover, though.
