È un manuale didattico, ben scritto è di facile comprensione per principianti e per chi vuole ripassare qualche nozione. Molto efficaci i riassunti di fine capitolo

Good aspects: It contains simple headings with an easy to read writing style. which in my opinion gives off a good beginners balance between simplicity and depth. it provides good enough knowledge to start you off on the journey to embark on making investments - would recommend as a guide to those wanting to start investing and not knowing how - things to consider the time the book was released as some thing could be considered outdated in a moving market but still this book gives an all round starting guide

I've always like the Dummy books as I have a few on other industries. I have only read about a chapter or so and really enjoy his examples for comparisons. "From a safety point of view, a company’s size and market value do matter. All things being equal, large cap stocks are considered safer than small cap stocks. However, small cap stocks have greater potential for growth. Compare these stocks to trees: Which tree is sturdier, a giant California redwood or a small oak tree that’s just a year old? In a great storm, the redwood holds up well, whereas the smaller tree has a rough time. But you also have to ask yourself which tree has more opportunity for growth. The redwood may not have much growth left, but the small oak tree has plenty of growth to look forward to." Very simple example but it gets the point across. This book is great for all investors as it helps you use it for resources no matter where you are in your investing career.

It is a very useful book that introduces the reader to the stock exchange in simple words. I am new to the stock exchange and this book has given me the basics to start trading by myself. The book accomplishes its mission very well. It has sparked in me the flame for learning more about the subject.
