Sorting through Spring (Math in Nature, 2)

Excellent book series and so beautifully illustrated by Ashley Barron!

This series is lovely, covering all the seasons with a learning focus in each.Age range I'd say is assisted 4 upwards and an older child on their own.This one the focus is on Spring and on sorting - each page gives you Spring facts and sorting challenges. Very clever to merge them like this and very well done. The whole series is excellent.

This was a great book to share with my grade one math class. The kids loved the different patterns and loved the ideas of patterns in nature. The animals used in the book were of high interest and the animal facts at the end of the book were great to share.

Wonderful book for my little ones. They really enjoy reading this. Beautiful illustrations and good learning techniques.What's not to love?
